These are pretty cool looking. The new uni's look alot like the Cincinnati Bengals.
Back in the '90's, we looked alot like the Denver Broncos of the '80's.

The Indiana Mustangs have had a rich history of success as Indiana's winningest and longest running semi-pro football team. This includes winning seasons and rankings in the USFA, AFA, & NFE national polls from 1991-1997 and 2000-2005, including MCFL Division titles from 1993-1995 and NFE Midwest Tourney and Mid-States Tourney appearances in 1995 and 2009, and from 2001-2004 respectively. The Mustangs have appeared in the MCFL title game in 1993 and the Mid-States title game in 2003. The Indiana Mustangs enjoyed four straight 10+ win season from 1993-1996, including the 1995 team that finished the regular season undefeated and was ranked #1 in the AFA polls. The 2003 squad equaled the 1995 team with 12 wins for the year, the most ever in a Mustangs season, and the 2004 team also had a 10 win season. Indiana has made the MCFL playoffs every season from 1993-1997, 2000-2005, and 2007-2009.

Mike,

The billboard looks pretty sweet. Great way to legitimize the team in the community also.
How much does something like that cost??

Thanks

Indiana Mustangs did add another non-league game vs a Nap town foe before the start of the  Mid Continental Football League season.

I totally understand....I have a few Vets on hold right now....Starting early has been a pain in my rear.  I have a good group of KIDS that have been out busting their azzes off this spring and I'm excited...
Of Course with football, Defense are always ready to go and right now I have on the average 15-20 Defensive guys showing up....
but of course you know how it goes for the Offense....
Hogs havent come out of hibernation yet
and WRs are still on their Diva Tours...
oh and of course Vets cant make it to Saturday Morning workouts do to just getting in from going out all night Saturday...

As a former Veteran O-Lineman...how can I complain when I was the same as them  Pipe

Any way...it will be good to get the Steeler Mustang Game back on...(I would call it a rivalry but to be a rivalry both teams have to win a game and the Steelers best show against the Stangs was in a Jamboree that Stamp put on in Kokomo...so until the Yellow and Black win a game its not really a rivalry)

but seriously, I am glad we got back together this year and I am sure by the 26th, you will have some more vets filling in  Happy

 Indiana Mustangs

"Wrs on their Diva Tours" ...............now that's a good one. Always had fun up there until during one of our "rivalry" games I tore my achilles thus my coaching career began.

Well enough of memory lane, looking forward to seeing you in June.

The Mustangs have finalized their 2010 Schedule. We are kicking off our 20th season of operation. There is NO OTHER TEAM in Indiana that can match our team’s success on and
off the field, long-standing tradition, and quality competition as provided by the MCFL. The season begins with three preseason games, and a 4-team Jamboree is planned. Our league schedule will begin on July 31st when we take on the MCFL defending champions, Kings Comets, at the beautiful Glass Bowl, at the University of Toledo. Our league is hosting 4 games that day, and it should be an exciting day of semi pro football. Our first home game is scheduled for Aug. 21st against the Columbus Fire and we will host two more home games in September, wrapping up the regular season with the Wisconsin Wolfpack on September 25th.  Without question, we have a very challenging season this year, but we also have planned one of the most exciting seasons in Mustang history!

I updated the 2010 schedule per the latest departure from the MCFL. According to the latest Mustang newsletter I received, it looks as if the league is keeping the schedule the same minus the games vs the Gladiators. In other words, it would be another bye or another opportunity to play a non-league game. This is yet to be determined. We shall see.
